Our Day Delegate Rates

Prices are per delegate per day. A “small venue hire charge” will apply for groups of less than 40 guests. Please note that all prices are subject to V.A.T. at the prevailing rate. A service charge of 12.5% applies to all additional food, beverage and staffing costs. There is no service charge on the day delegate rates.

Full Day Delegate Rate

  • (8.00am - 5.00pm) starting at £75 + VAT
  • Furniture hire of conference seating
  • Unlimited tea and coffee, and still and sparkling water
  • Lunch to consist of a buffet of freshly made sandwiches, crisps and nuts, and a selection of mini dessert cakes
  • Full AV facilities including the use of plasma screens, DVD, PA system, and one hand held radio microphone
  • Pre-event coordinator, all staffing during your event, as well as an experienced Venue Manager, and on call Event Manager

Premium Full Day Delegate Rate

  • (8.00am - 5.00pm) starting at £95 + VAT
  • Furniture hire of conference seating
  • Unlimited tea and coffee, and still and sparkling water
  • A selection of morning pastries and afternoon cakes and biscuits
  • A three course gourmet buffet lunch, or a selection of a bowl food buffet from around the world (£10 supplement) freshly prepared by Salt and Pepper Private Food Design
  • Full AV facilities including the use of plasma screens, DVD, PA system, and one hand held radio microphone
  • Unlimited wireless broadband and complimentary international telephone and fax calls
  • Pre-event coordinator, all staffing during your event, as well as an experienced Venue Manager and on call Event Manager

Platinum Full Day Delegate Rate

  • (8.00am - 5.00pm) starting at £125 + VAT
  • Furniture hire of conference seating
  • Unlimited tea and coffee, and still and sparkling water
  • A selection of morning pastries and afternoon cakes and biscuits
  • A sit down lunch to consist of a waiter served three course gourmet lunch. Freshly prepared by Salt and Pepper Private Food Design
  • Full AV facilities including the use of plasma screens, DVD, PA system, and one hand held radio microphone
  • Unlimited wireless broadband and complimentary international telephone and fax calls
