COUTTS London Jewellery Week kicks off this Monday with an unprecedented amount of jewellery-centric events in the capital. Beginning with a star-studded party on Monday night at Altitude 360, London's newest roof-top bar, guests will have a bird's eye view of the London Eye, which will be lit up like a dazzling diamond for the week.

Ten of jewellery's most promising new talents - including Missoma and Ana de Costa - have been invited to create a one-off collection in collaboration with Swarovski and the World Land Trust, which will be exhibited in the Designer Jewellery Room at Liberty.

One of the week's biggest draws will be the first ever Hatton Garden Festival - from Thursday June 11 to Saturday June 13 - which will see the capital's historic jewellery quarter open up with a trail between different "hubs" showing the variety of different styles and crafts in the industry.

The Garden will take on a street party atmosphere on Saturday, with curb-side jewellery demonstrations, children's workshops, a fine food market and themed walks.

In Covent Garden, Kabiri will be hosting The Story So Far, an exhibition to showcase the talents (and gorgeous jewellery), of Central Saint Martins graduate Ana De Costa, the Young Jewellery Designer of the Year of 2008.

In addition to all of this dazzling activity, Theo Fennell will be hosting a party to celebrate his partnership with the Royal College of Art, Pomellato will be teaming up with the Metropolitan hotel for themed afternoon teas throughout the week and Treasure - an exciting showcase of 40 jewellers - will be returning to the Flower Cellars in Covent Garden.
