We only accept payment by credit and debit cards. No cash payments will be accepted at Altitude events, experiences or services including Reels Millbank, #Lobsterlondon pop-up restaurant and Christmas and New Year events.

What is The London Skybar?
The London Sky bar is Altitude’s luxury experiences brand, operating special events open to the public throughout the year as well as our restaurant and bar.
Do you have a restaurant?
Yes, we do! #LobsterLondon is London’s top high-rise burger and lobster pop-up style restaurant operating from Altitude’s Skyloft event space at weekends. Lobster London will be hibernating until spring 2016.
Does Altitude permit commercial filming and photography?
There are loading and unloading facilities available at Millbank Tower. Only metered parking is available at the front of the Tower and in nearby Atterbury Street, Horseferry Road and Ponsonby Place. Parking spaces are free after 6.30pm (please check local signs for more information). The nearest NCP is the Abington Street Car Park which is a 10 minute walk from the Tower. We recommend that you and your guests arrive by public transport where convenient. See our Find Us page for more information.
Does Altitude have a loading bay?
Yes we do. Deliveries can be made directly into our loading bay. Any confirmed booking includes assignment of an experienced event manager who will be happy to talk you through the loading processes at Millbank Tower.
Does Altitude permit us to bring our own caterers, production designers or AV teams?
We aim to be as flexible as possible. We provide in-house services for everything a successful event needs but we understand that there are occasions where you need to make other arrangements. Please contact us to discuss dry hire of our venues and the variable levels of support that we can provide.
How easy is it to access the high-rise floors of Millbank Tower?
There is a large goods lift directly accessed from the loading bar area at the rear of the building. Our specialist event hosts will ensure a smooth arrival and transition at all Altitude events.
When does the London Sky Bar operate?

What is the venue dress code?
Smart Casual dress is expected at Altitude’s restaurants and private screenings. However, you should check dress code requirements for specific experiences and events. On New Year’s Eve, black tie is positively encouraged.
Do you run special ticketed events for large London occasions?
If there is a large public event in London, Altitude’s sure to be there. Recent years have seen the Queen’s Jubilee and New Year’s Eve fireworks take pride of place in the Altitude schedule for locals and tourists alike. When is Reels Millbank open?
Reels Millbank is a cafe venue and is open Monday to Thursday from 8am to 4.30pm and 8am to late on Fridays serving Costa coffee and Costa beverages as well as a variety of lunches and treats.
